These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the r798 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any of our services.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — to register and use r798. Accounts created in violation of this rule will be closed and funds returned where legally permissible.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and r798 (hereinafter "r798", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the r798 website located at r798.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through that domain.

By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement. r798 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be suspended immediately, all gameplay voided and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details — including a false date of birth, fictitious name or incorrect residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
r798 does not knowingly facilitate the registration of Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. Users in such jurisdictions must not attempt to circumvent access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies or any other technical means. Any Account found to have been created or operated in violation of jurisdictional restrictions may be closed and balances handled in accordance with the Operator's terms.
Accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is referenced in Platform content, it serves as a contextual reference for Pakistani users and does not constitute a guarantee that PKR-denominated accounts are available. Users should confirm available account currencies directly with the Operator.
r798 and/or the Operator reserve the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following a change of account details or where suspicious activity is detected.
KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of sustained non-compliance, account closure.
All personal data submitted during KYC is processed in accordance with the r798 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or the Operator's licensing obligations.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator and listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and per transaction. r798 references local payment contexts including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar references for Pakistani users only. These providers are not affiliated with r798, do not endorse gambling activities and their availability as deposit methods is subject to the Operator's cashier configuration and cannot be guaranteed.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC completion (Section 5), fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds (Section 7) and the minimum withdrawal threshold set by the Operator. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Operator's cashier. r798 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions or third-party processing networks.
Users may only deposit funds that belong to them legally. The use of funds derived from unlawful activities, funds deposited on behalf of a third party or funds obtained through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that published by the Operator at the time of the transaction. r798 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by the User's payment provider.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, Welcome Bonuses are available to new Users on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing Users may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards as published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Users must fulfil these requirements within the stated expiry period.

While an active bonus is applied to your account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per wager as stated in the promotion terms (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 equivalent per spin, or as specified). Placing bets in excess of the maximum during active bonus play may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.
Bonuses and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms (commonly 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds will be removed from the account without compensation.
r798 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion, or any other form of irregular play. Repeated offences may result in permanent account closure.
r798 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds or game parameters were published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event or game outcome.
Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available across a wide range of sports. Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments and T20 international series — represent a core offering on the Platform. Football, UFC, kabaddi and other sports are also available. Odds are dynamic and subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out facility is available and explicitly offered on that market.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and instant-win titles — are subject to the rules published within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. r798 recommends that Users review the RTP and volatility information available within the game paytable before play.
In the event of a technical fault, server error or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, r798 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the User's account. Winnings generated as a result of a documented technical error will not be paid and the User waives any claim to such amounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r798 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, r798's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

r798 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be completed or voluntarily forfeited. Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC compliance.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct and Governing Law survive termination indefinitely.
r798 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, as specified in the Operator's own terms and conditions.

We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Users may refer the matter to the Operator's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as specified in the Operator's terms.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
